Ingredients
- 1lb of Ground Beef
- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 whole carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 12 cups of water
- 5 Beef bullion cubes
- 1/2 pkg of egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Bay leaf
Method
Step 1
Brown hamburger and onions together in dutch oven drain off grease. Dice potatoes and carrots and set aside.
Step 2
Add water, bullion, tomatoes, bay leaf, potatoes, and carrots. Boil until potatoes and carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add egg noodles and cook 7-8 additional minutes or until noodles are tender.
